Yo! Kevin! What's up with this?
Not only are there no release notes, but the .message file refers to the
5.1Ap1 Release notes. [At least the checksums are correct]
And where is the Relnotes-5.1A directory in /pub/Doc/Pipeline?

Well, a call to a friendly customer service rep produced the following:
5.1Ap2 for the Pipelines has been given to support. This release contains
the following correction:

2695 DHCP clients conflict with IP address when P130 is rebooted
Note: Care must be taken to save your configuration before upgrading. As of
5.1Ap1 the following binaries support 16 connection profiles: b2.p75,
b2a.p75, and b2ix.p75.
