Hm, the RFC (2058) gives us "Session-Timeout", attribute number 27. But
since it's not in the Ascend-dictionary, IMHO it will not work with a MAX.

You could give a try to "Ascend-Maximum-Call-Duration" (no. 125) which
is said to be "Maximum call duration in minutes".
