The Java-Based Pipeline Configurator (JBPC) version 5.0Ai4 has been given
to support. The following new features and corrections are included in the
release:

New features

* QuickStart utility for Win 3.1x platforms
* JBPC prompts for SNMP community strings

Corrections:
