No, it was not released at the time Ap27 was cut. Ap27 has 1.055 Rockwell
code.

Do you have a mix of ISDN and modem customers ? Actually if you are using
Ap16, then the "known problem" with HDLC resources was already there in
that load, so you should see no change in ISDN connections.
