(ASCEND) fatal history?



This morning we had a MAX 4004 go down and I'm lost as to why it did so,
this is a brand new MAX configured just like the max it replaced which was
only replaced because of what appears to have been a bad chassis. The
following is the relevant section of the fatal history log.
