More correctly, you mean "both CSV and CSD calls" vice 'analog'...
The correct reply seems to be: YBF'ed....
BRI was envisioned as going to phones with a zillion buttons.
Period.
I *am* surprised re: the different DN's; every BRI comes with at
least 2.

I've postulated a workaround in the past but have no way of knowing
if it's viable. Write me off list if you want to take a flyer.
