(ASCEND) Filter help

I'd like to set-up a few filters on my customers' Ascend equipment that 
will:

1) dial or reset the idle timer if it is dns, web, smtp, pop3 or ftp 
(data or cmd) traffic

2) allow other IP traffic through, but this other traffic will not reset 
the idle timer or cause the Pipeline to dial

Any help on this would be much appreciated.
