Yes, they will fail. The P75's implementation of the relevant Bellcore specs is incomplete and improperly done. I do hope they correct it soon as CID can really be a valuable marketing tool for those who are aware of its uses. The reason your time is shown as it is, is because it's the default value in your CID reader. The Pipe isn't passing anything in the date/time field. Their implementation also does not differentiate between blocked and unavailable CIDs. These defects are crippling.
