When he tried to configure Outlook Express we finally replaced the server settings with the IP of the mail and news servers and it worked fine. This is similar to the discussion last week on browsers loosing connectivity but this one does it every time. We have reinstalled DUN etc. and nothing helps. Only customer able to repeat the problem. Any suggestions? Running max 4048, pri and eng test release software. Talbert K.
