After working with it some more I can say yes, you can mix NAT and NOT. I don't think you can have two NAT profiles since the NAT configuration requires that you specify only one. One key to getting it working right is to pay attention to your static routes. Since only one profile can (should) be the default, be sure to add static routes for the nets you want to reach over the other profile. Another thing to beware of is where your client's DNS is pointed. You can easily wind up sending DNS by one profile and data by the other.
