I did start with my ISP, many weeks ago (9/22/97). It appears that they are unfamiliar with Pipelines or have too many other problems. Also, they offer several ISDN packages that include internal or external ISDN adapters rather than routers. I suspect that customers buying these packages get most of the available ISDN customer support hours. The information you mention was available. The problem was that I had conflicting instructions about where to put that information and the DNS information, etc. Thanks, especially to Steve Brown!
