a) Max 4060, K56 modems eik.m40 (5.0Ap16) Troubles 1. They have two modems that never has been assignet to an incoming call. They would like to test those modems. They are seeing using the "edit menu" that sometimes those modems had trying to answer an incoming call, but can not answer the call and pass the call to another modem. 2. When one user is going to disconnect state, the Max is expending like two or three minutes trying to hang-up the call. 3. They would like to authenticate the users the number that the user dial. b) Max 4060, K56 modems eik.m40 (5.0Ap16) 1. If you telnet into the box you see two slots when I have inserted modems as Not Available. But if you go to term serv mode and type sh modems you see it.
