1. the phone number binding doesn't seem to work
when dialing in a voice call and the channel is busy
it doesn't pass the call through to the other free channel as
it used to...
2. also the spids and b channel info is swapped when calling spid1 number
the b2 channel answers ... swapping the phone 1 and phone 2 usage doesn't
seem to alleviate this...
