You need to get the some of the circuit specialists involved. I've
seen the same thing a dozen times. Your call is 64K clear channel to the
C/0, but isn't a 64K clear channel path from your C/O to your ISP's C/O.
In both cases this happened to me, the call path routing was taken from
the npa/nxx # and it wasn't set for 64K, only VOICE (this is an overly
simplistic explanation). You need to have someone watch the call hit each
C/O and see who is at fault. Should only take a few minutes to find the
culprit than a few days to get the problem fixed. FYI from one Major C/O
in orlando (Sprint) to another Major C/O (Bellsouth), there was only 48
Clear Channel 64K circuits available, so the 49th caller from C/O-C/O
would only get 56K. Talk about frustrating :))
