Re: (ASCEND) Disconnection Cause 100




 Cause code 100 means the user is timing out on his connection, (thus the
idle timer) either give him a longer idle statment in radius :

Ascend-Idle-Limit       = 0,  (this will never time out)

or on the box you can change the idle setting under :

ethernet->answer->session op->Idle=xx
