(ASCEND) NFAS

Anyone out there succesfully using ISDN_NFAS signaling with a 5ESS switch 
and MAX40xx boxes?  

Current config from the CLEC is 1 D for 47 B channels, meaning 2 NFAS
lines per 4000.  When selecting ISDN_NFAS sig mode, the max both refuses
to answer calls (fast busy) and the second line will not recognize B
channels (all unavailable).  Changing the switch type (just for the heck 
of it) to NT1 brings the b channels up on the second PRI, but still will 
not answer any calls.  If I change the swtich type back to AT&T and sig 
mode to ISDN, it answers calls just fine on the first PRI.  

Any help or stories greatly appriciated...
