Which Livingston RADIUS server are you referring to?

A Livingston 1.X server?
ftp://ftp.ascend.com/pub/Software-Releases/Radius/Current/
The free Ascend RADIUS server is based on Livingston RADIUS 1.16.
You could use the Ascend RADIUS server and dictionary.
In general, I would recommend you look into a more modern RADIUS server,
rather tha using a Livingston 1.X server.

A Livingston 2.X server?

A Livingston RADIUS ABM server?

I belive that both of these already include Ascend attributes in their
dictionaries.  You can always check with the Livingston [Lucent Technologies
Remote Access Business Unit] technical support or integrate the attributes
from the Ascend RADIUS server.
