OK, I see.  I don't know about a command line option, but you can disable
and then reenable and individual modem from the menu display.  You can do
the same thing with whole PRI/BRI's.

In this case, however, I would think that the following would do the
trick:

1. Main Edit Menu > Modem Card > Mod Config
2. scroll down to hanging modem.
3. disable, save
4. enable, save

Try it.  See what happens.
