I've also seen a few rare cases where Mac clients running Navigator 4.0x
would see their ISDN link either repeatedly come up or refuse to drop after
Navigator had been used but was quit. I don't know if this issue persists
in 4.08, or under OS 8.5. The traces I got at the time were inconclusive as
to what traffic was bringing up the link, but restarting the Mac solves the
problem until next time.
