Our experience is that T1 port problems are the result of configuration
errors with respect to clocking - they are a setup problem, not a TNT or T1
port problem.  We have multiple T1 cards in our TNTs and they have worked
flawlessly for almost two years now.

Again, not our experience.  We are getting exactly the increase in
throughput you would expect from connecting at a higher rate.
