(ASCEND) 7.0.0 and problems with more than 2 X E1 cards

Has anyone here spotted a very annoying problem I'm having with 7.0.0 software
version with 2 X E1 cards installed? The TNT runs happily with just a single
E1 card and 5 X 48 port K56 modem cards, but adding a futher E1 card and some
HDLC1 cards make the box spurt out constant LOG errors:

LOG error, Shelf 1, Controller, Time: 09:37:33--                                
  NETIF: _idAllocated, slot 1/1, can't allocate sys ID for slot ID 62           

LOG error, Shelf 1, Controller, Time: 09:37:58--                                
  NETIF: _idAllocated, slot 1/1, can't allocate sys ID for slot ID 24           

LOG error, Shelf 1, Controller, Time: 09:38:01--
  NETIF: _idAllocated, slot 1/1, can't allocate sys ID for slot ID 211

LOG error, Shelf 1, Controller, Time: 09:38:02--
  NETIF: _idAllocated, slot 1/16, can't allocate sys ID for slot ID 59

slot 1 and slot 16 are both E1 cards. This only starts after about a day
of the cards being installed, and once this starts, the TNT then slowly
refuses calls until the max number of calls it will take is about 20.

The TNT just reports busy to any additional calls that are placed to box.
A reset fixes this, for another day. The exact same setup running 2.1.9
works fine (running for 4 days now).

TAC suggested I tried upgrading to 7.0.1, and if it still happens, try a 
different E1 card. I apperently this fault hasn't been mentioned before, and
the LOG faults are with both E1 cards, so I can't see how that can help..
..but never mind eh!

This TNT has a JDEC card installed, and has the newer power supplies in it.

Any ideas?
