(ASCEND) DOV headaches

Scenario:  MAX 4000 receiving DOV calls from a Pipeline 75.  It seems as if
incoming DOV calls are being routed properly but I get nothing but CRC
errors..

Debugging output from the MAX 4000 that's receiving calls from my Pipeline

I've tried this on different BRIs from different COs and I still see the
same problem.  It looks like the DOV channel is not being properly
established but I'm pretty stuck on how to debug it.  The MAX receives
incoming ISDN and modem calls fine, v.120 is allowed in the default answer
profile, the Pipeline works perfectly if I only change Data Svc to 64K, etc.

Any ideas?
