I have been using the Sonic Internet Firewall from
Sonic Systems http://www.sonicsys.com to do this sort of NAT,
we provide shared T1 service in a number of buildings,
and provide each customer with one of these Ethernet-to-Ethernet
devices which connect back to a shared building hub.

The box can do NAT for the entire LAN, or can simply act
as a router with or without builtin packet filtering firewall.

They also have a three-port model which is organised as
inside/LAN, outside/WAN, middle/sandbox much like the P220
but with ethernet as the WAN port instead of a T1...
