I have a 4004 that will recognize cards in all slots 'but one of the
slots'..  Anything that is jumerable, configurable, etc that would keep
just a single card slot inoperable?  It will accept the card, but never
recognize that a card is in the slot.  All other 5 card slots are just
fine, these are 12 modem V.34 Cards.
