WARNING Index 175 is a ERROR_EXEC_FAILURE, which means the kernel temporarily
did not have enough available memory to spawn a task. 

If these warnings are causing you problems then you should probably try
updating to a more recent version of software.  The latest software of
the 6.1.X version of software is 6.1.7 - 

  ftp://ftp.ascend.com/pub/Software-Releases/Max/Release-6.1.X/6.1.7/

Ascend recently started releases of the 7.0.X version of software.  The
latest software of 7.0.X is 7.0.1 - 

  ftp://ftp.ascend.com/pub/Software-Releases/Max/Release-7.0.X/7.0.1/
