Idle limits (Re: (ASCEND) c=100 p=60)

I don't think setting idle to 0 is a good idea, especially in locations
where local phone calls are charged. Personnly I would set the idle limit
for 'normal' dial-up users to 1800 (half an hour.) The default idle limit
of 120 seconds is actually quite reasonable for routers and such.
