We are testing an Ascend TNT with a DS3 running CT1s and we are seeing
a small number of disconnects which can't be attributed to user error.

Why do you ask?  Are you seeing disconnects also?  Are you running
7.0.0 or 7.0.1?  Single slot modem cards or double slot modem cards?
