I'm all T1's rather then T3 (yet), but I notice the same.

I get a lot of unaxplainable cause 10, 11, and 185's..

I usually assume that the 10's are someone calling the unit with a phone
instead of a modem.

I recently discovered that if MS Outlook is dialing on a schedule to
retreive mail that it disconnects in such a way as to leave a cause 11.

That still leaves a lot of 185's that very confusing to me..

We have received a lot of complaints of "being hung up on" and sometimes
these are 185's, but many times they are 100's or 195's which are normal.

I also get people complaining of hangup's and when I look a cause 45 is
logged - which seems unlikely.

So, basically, I think something is wrong, but I havn't pinned down
exactly what it is..
