(ASCEND) question about V.90 and K56flex

Dear MAX users,

Because I don't have hardware nor software to find out
what is going on.
But it seems that when our users with V.90 ready modems tried to access
POPs which are equipped with K56flex or V.90 server, they could not
connect.

How V.90 K56flex negociation works?


Does anyone heard/experianced  anything similar? what is the solution?

P.S. for some instance, we tried to disable 56K using AT command,
it failed. I think for this case, it probably due to bad modem?
