Aha. A clue. Reverting back to p16 did not help - i.e. on p16 we now
have the same problem! 

Can we confirm with GTE what interface ID we should be using if we do
explicitly specify it?

If it is other than 00, then we need to change the MAX config.

Matt, does this effect dial-out ISDN too then?
