We do this for lots of people in the reverse: we call their Pipelines from
Maxen, they hang up and call back.

A few details need to be set:

The profiles on both sides need to be Ans/Orig=Both.
The box to get called back has Expect Callback=Yes.
The box to do the callback has Callback=Yes.

If you want to place the initial call free, set:
The box to do the callback has CLID Auth=Prefer (at least).

We do this all with local profiles in the Maxen for simplicity. RADIUS is a
whole other story.
