Well, let's put it this way. If there's a version that compiles
with libc5 on any linux version, that's fine. If it doesn't work
with libc6, compile it with the libc5 gcc and header files.
If this doesn't work with RedHat, you're in trouble and should
get Debian Linux since it works with that just fine (altgcc).
And you need a startup script? You're kidding, aren't you?
You're a sysadmin, are you?
