Apologies to anyone that my have been misled by my 
earlier attempts at understanding the NFAS on a 4000,
as Phillip Vandry and Kevin Smith have pointed out
the 4000 series can have only one NFAS group,
and my interpretations of the "NFAS ID num" were incorrect.
