I got one 4004 that Slot 3 will report if you got the card slid in, or
empty, but never make the card usable... Got not the slightest idea of why
that might be. All other 5 card slots report in fine.  This box is one we
borrow when needed, and has always had this problem. The original owner
only had 2 Cards, never even knew the unit was affected as such.
