When do these "LAN security errors" occur, is it when the client tries to 
bring up the second channel? If so, I'd assume it is related to MP/MPP?!
Anyway, I'm familiar with the resulting frozen connection, we're seeing that
as well (with ISDN and modem callers). We do have MP/MPP enabled, but most
accounts are restricted to one channel.
