Very Carefully :-) Actually, I have replaced the fans in a 4004... The
Front panel (where the LEDS Are) actually 'pops' off (It is held in with
spring release pins), giving you access to removing the cover once you
remove the two longer screws on the side of that front panel. Remove the
rest of the shorter screws on the sides of the top cover, and you're home
free..
Actually, and maybe I'll get into this business - since no one else seems
to be in it - is there any resource other than Ascend to fix their boxes?
I still got 1 4004 that got fried, originally by the fans, and needs to be
looked at further (Must have MB problems - won't Post).
