I haven't seen it in 2.1, but I've seen it in 1.3Ap24 and below. I think
the actual fix was put in p34 or something. It's the problem with the
HDLC cards. The HDLC-II *should* be out soon. Basically, it can't handle
the calls going into it and barfs. This was addressed in 1.3Ap34 or so,
which surprises me that it appears in 2.1 code. In p34 a cap was put on
the number of calls a card could handle so that the out of memory problem
would be avoided. I think it was 96. At any rate, if the cap was lifted
in 2.1 code in anticipation of the new cards, then that would explain why
you're seeing what you are.
