That's not the problem (flat rate ISDN pricing). The problem is them
tying up my dial-in lines for 20+ hours average per day.

This would serve him right. We've offered twice to send someone out there
*at no charge* to fix it, but they'd rather pay their "consultant" to not
fix it.

I like Joe Shaw's idea of rotating profiles. I can even do the M-F thing
with that.
