You question doesn't make much sense to informed users.  If you check
RFC 2138 or the RADIUS drafts, you will see that there is no equivalent
to "Ascend-*-Filter" [a method to "download" filters, as opposed to just
selecting a filter], "Ascend-Data-Rate" (and Ascend-Xmit-Rate) [a generic
method of reporting the possibly asymmetric data rates of any switched
connection, as opposed to the draft "Connect-Info" meant only for
symmetric modem info], or "Ascend-Base-Channel-Count".

Yes, it is true that there is now the equivalent of Ascend-Idle-Limit
in the standard - Idle-Timeout.  Yes, it is true that there is now the
equivalent of Ascend-Maximum-Channels in the standard - Port-Limit.

And it is also true that Ascend is actually slowly adding support for
the standard equivalents and additions (note the addition of support
for Filter-Id in 6.1.0).  And I expect even more in the next release
of Ascend software (7.0.0).
