(ASCEND) 6.0.9 release removed

It seems that in certain configurations and environments that the Max 6.0.9
release may have problems with large packets. We have removed this release
from our ftp server and we are working very hard to get a fixed release out
soon.

Those who already have this release should take care to make sure it is
working properly in the installed environment.
