if this is supposed to be a 128K perm/switched link you should set:
Base Ch Count=2
Min Ch Count=2
on the other hand, if you just meant that you are having problems
with the dynamic bandwidth allocation with one perm/switched channel
and the second channel dial-on-demand, then I didn't notice a problem,
but I've never mixed perm/switch and DBA before either.
