I've just listened to Ascend's on-hold music for 60 minutes and I can't
take it any more.

Ahem.  The reason I was returning the call from the Ascend tech who'd
responded to my opening a call (you get the idea)..
was..I'm trying to find out if IDSL is available on all models of the
Pipeline 75.  We have many Pipelines with the
older serial numbers 6xxxxxx and a number of them above the 72xxxx.  Is it
simply a code revision dependent feature that
gives you IDSL?  Or must you have one of the newer P75s (post 72xxxx)?
