Multilink PPP (MP) across chassis.

A user dials into MAX1 with B1, then dials in later with B2 - but lands on
MAX2.  With MaxStack you can do this, and the user will have MP running.
Without stakcing on the user MUST land on the same chassis for ALL channels
in a bundle for it to work.  If not the new channels will fail.

Most NASes do this now.  Lucent has MCPPP, 3Com has MPIP, etc...
