(ASCEND) 5.0Ap51 bugs

Ok, here's the layout...

4 maxen in one stacking group, all running 5.0Ap51 ti.m40 and doing OSPF.
In the past, with other 5.0Apxx releases, we've had problems with the
"unable to create keyboardtask" message with Telnet's to the boxes either
hanging or being terminated in the telnet phase. You'd enter the correct
telnet password and get dumped out.

Well, with 5.0Ap51, we now see the same problems, but when I go into
diagnostics there are no reports of warnings or fatal errors, but the box
just quits working. Telnet's still get dropped, but now it stops
answering analog calls as well. I had to come in to manualy power cycle
the box in the middle of one of our hunt groups to get it to answer analog
calls. In the diagnostics screen when I did a fatal command, I got this:

 > fat

OPERATOR RESET: Index: 99 Load: ti.m40 Revision: 5.0Ap51
        Date: 05/06/1998. Time: 11:44:44
        NVRAM was rebuilt

SYSTEM IS UP: Index: 100 Load: ti.m40 Revision: 5.0Ap51
        Date: 05/06/1998. Time: 11:46:03

        Date: 05/11/1998. Time: 07:27:58

And then it happened again 2 hours later on another MAX in that group:

 > fat

I'll open a trouble ticket up when I have time to call in, I was just
wondering if anyone else saw it. The massive problems but no errors is a
little disheartening.
