I'm using it; it's on every MAX product I have with the Series56 modems in
them. It works. It works well. It works really well.
V.34 people connect with V.34.
V.90 people connect with V.90.
K56Flex people connect with K56Flex.
X2 people do not get X2 connections. What a loss (golf clap).
I have three V.Everything Couriers with V.90, all connect with good
results at 46K or higher.
If you're one of those people who avoid betas and tell everyone how
horrible beta software is, please go to hell. Beta software is good.
Beta software separates the men from the whining boys such as yourself who
self-proclaim their intelligence by encouraging others to be just as
small-minded as yourself. Beta software requires an open mind, and the
ability to make your own decisions without the intervention of others.
You, obviously, posess none of these qualities. Why are you still
employed at your company? It's this kind of closed-minded decision making
that causes most companies to fail, or to fall far far behind in terms of
relative technology.
If you have an opinion, that's great. But don't belittle me or anyone
else who thinks differently. I'm certainly not the blind leading the
blind.
