(ASCEND) Idle Timeout - How do I STOP timeout

I have a Max 200 Plus running OS version 6.0.4 with Practical Peripherals
Proclass 336 V.34 PCMCIA modems installed. My problem is that I can not
prevent users from being logged out because of idle timeouts. I am using
the max to allow home workers to dial into the office and would like the
users to stay connected even when they are not active on the connection. I
have set the Idle Timeout to 0 (zero) on the MAX Info panel in the MAX 200
Plus Console application that runs on Windows 95. I have also set System
-> Sys Config -> Auto Logout = No and System -> Sys Config -> Idle Logout =
0 on the menu available via telnet. I still get sessions disconnected
after approx 5 - 10 minutes.
What do I need to do to prevent idle timeouts and keep my sessions connected?

Thanks for any help
