Re: (ASCEND) 185's and 11's?



I have the very same problem with some customers. I'm from
Salvador/BA/Brazil, so we use E1 channels. At least two customers PROVED to
me that when connecting to another ISP (using TOTAL CONTROL!!), they get
*NO* disconnections (or VERY few of them). When connected to our MAX4000,
however, they disconnect at (almost) every 5 minutes.

I have to ask Ascend: did I make the wrong choice for the brand of my NAS?
