(ASCEND) Registering for extended access

Has anyone else had problems registering for AOS access on Ascends web
site?  I've entered 5 or 6 different serial numbers, some old some new, I
could try a bunch but I'm figuring the web page is broke.  Is anyone else
having this problem and is there anyway I can register for this some other
way if its having a problem?  Thanks :)
