(ASCEND) MAX4004 wouldn't boot?

We have a MAX (serial # in the 643300's) that would not boot if more than
one 56mod-12 cards are installed.  If 2 or more modem cards are installed,
it will not even initiate the boot up self-test sequence (nothing comes up
on console port).  The modem cards have been tested OK on other MAXes, so
the problem should be the MAX itself.
I have heard from a previous post that this could be due to weak power
supply.  If this is true, where can replacements be obtained?  I have
removed the power supply already, and it is labeled:

first power supply:
Digital Power Corp
US70-421
S/N 9605-xxxxx B
INPT: 90-250VAC, 2A, 47-63Mhz
+5V 7A		+12V 4A
-12V 1A		-5V 2A

second power supply:
Digital Power Corp
US70-105
S/N 9610-xxxxx D
INPT: 90-250VAC, 2A, 47-63Mhz
+5V 10A

am I even looking at the right place?
