Re: (ASCEND) P75 has a hard time connecting to my ISP



I was really hoping that someone would have responded to this problem.  I
have this problem using a P75 connecting to gte.net in Redmond WA.  I
switched to a local ISP, and while this was a lot better (I'd notice this
problem once a week or so), the equipment on his end would not do the Ascend
dynamic bandwidth junk.  So, I made the tradeoff (price, function, etc) and
went back to gte.net.

I did the wanOpenning trace, and decoded it.  All that would happen on the
bad calls were the "Hello" packets:
